Michael Jamtfall was injured during the reserve team match against Skarp last Monday. The next day he got the results from the examinations which confirmed the suspicions of physiotherapists. The 20 year-old winger has an injury in his right knee cruciate ligament.
"If he needs surgery, he will probably be out for five or six months. We will take the decision concerning the surgery in 6-8 weeks, but in cases like this surgery is often the only solution," Rosenborg's physiotherapist Sigbjørn Hammer says.
