Final talks with Trond Olsen tomorrow morning

BodÃ¸/Glimt demanded 10M before Christmas. Don't know if we're prepared to pay that much.

Hmm, not sure how far RBK should take this. I did recommend him as a potential signing last year but I would prefer if we use our resources on a out and out striker. Is the Kenny Cooper deal still a possibility I wonder?

The deal is confirmed (English version)

The question is where he should play. He didn't succeed as winger in 4-4-2 at LillestrÃ¸m, so I think he might instead be Iversen's partner on top. HamrÃ©n also has tested 4-2-3-1.

In a 4-4-2 formation, a spot as forward seems to be the obvious choice, due to lack of options if nothing else.

It has to be said that LillestrÃ¸m never have tried to play proper football, and Olsen certainly suffered from this.

Time will show.

He's undoubtedly a decent player but I can't seem him scoring 15+ goals that might be required this year. Still hoping for another striker.

According to Hamren we are still looking for a striker. He is planning to use Olsen on the wing in a 4-2-3-1 formation.

id be confident that olsen will do us good in the season that lies ahead.he has a big chance to prove himself know and follow on from his impressive performance this season
