Do you guys know anything about Dorsin leaving Rosenborg? Because there's a rumour going on at a PSV forum, which says Rosenborg could be coming to our club.

Can you tell me something about his position, and how long his contract will last? I tried to look it up on this website, but couldn't find it.

Thanks in advance!

As far as I know, Dorsin will not be leaving Rosenborg in the near future.

I really doubt Rosenborg will sell "Micke". He's a regular and young promosing player.

Any link to the romours?

By the way, DaMarcus Beasley is a very good player, he's "fast and furious" Wink

It was Basma who had big problems with him, wasn't it?

Basma didn't seem to know what really hit him when PSV and Beasley stood on the other half of the field. DaMarcus where far to fast for him, and if I had been Basma in that game, I think I would have been rather dizzy at the end of the game, after trying to run after that american..

I think it was Russell, and not Basma who was diZzy after the match!

No, I'm sorry. It was posted at a PSV forum (http://psv.netwerk.to/forums/HTML/forum9/2152.php) by one of the users, so we don't have any serious source - which is why I wouldn't take this rumour too seriously. He does seem to be an interesting for PSV however, which is why I was interested in some information - just in case something might be going on.

Off-topic:

Here's a picture of Russell and Beasley, so it probably was him.

Basma was injured and didn't play that match, so it was Russell.

Dorsin rejected RBK's final contract offer

Cluj (Romania), one German and one Austrian club are said to be interested. He might sign for his new club already this week.

Dorsin is going with the Romanian club. If my schedule allows it I'll translate the news tomorrow.

I did make a short extract instead, you shouldn't waste your energy on players leaving: Two defenders leaving

Cluj are unknown, but they are leading the league after rich guy Arpad Pazkany has been investing money in the club (sorry only in Swedish). They have bought lot of foreign players from Brazil and Portugal - and Niklas Sandberg.

Hmm, not a great move IMO but if he's after more money, it looks like he'll get it there. He's been a good servant to be fair and has been loyal for a long time.

Guess this is the first of many moves that will re-shape the squad.

Dorsin is rumored to sign for FC Moscow. I really hope the deal will not get through. He is a solid player but he has had problems adjusting to CFR's style of play. We signed Uruguayan Alvaro Pereira as a substitute for him for 2,5 mil E but he might be extremely useful as a second LB.

Most of our fans are disappointed by Dorsin's performance at CFR but I say that he can be one of the best foreign players in our league. He just needs time.

He played for you didn't he? Very Happy And he has been in the Sweden EURO squad so we should hang on to him and give him another chance. That's my opinion.

Dorsin eventually got sold to FC Moscow for 1.5 mil E.

€1.5M - that's really impressive for an unwanted player!

I hope we won't end up regreting him though.

Swedish duo Mikael Dorsin and Niklas Sandberg on Tuesday joined the exodus from Romanian champions CFR Cluj.

"I've signed a contract today loaning Sandberg to Stabaek (Norwegian first division side)," said club president Iuliu Muresan.

"As for Dorsin, we've reached an agreement and signed a contract forseeing his departure for Scandinavia between now and August 25."

Micke is training with Rosenborg today, but I don't think we're interested in paying €1M to get him back.

Dorsin is training with Rosenborg? I think our club has done a great injustice to Dorsin. Our coach wants him out of the team, and I really don't know why. Neutral The transfer to Moscow failed so now he is being chased by other teams.

The Moskva transfer is somewhat still on: He has some weeks to decide. Also Napoli are said to be interested.

Bit a shock return, I wonder what fee we paid to get him back? Could we get Kone back too?

Koné has just arrived in Cluj, so I doubt he's interested at this moment.

Romours in Transylvania tell the original transfer fee demand (= compensation to Dorsin) was €800k, but I guess Cluj, Rosenborg and Dorsin agreed on maybe just the half.

We didn't have to pay him salary in 8 months and UEFA paid aprox. €50k in Euro 2008 compensation. The net loss was perhaps €200k.

I am really disappointed that we didn't hold on to Dorsin. He only played 8 games for our club and never had any support from our ex-coach Ioan Andone. Dorsin mentions that in an interesting interview (Romanian): http://www.cfrmania.ro/st...%80%9D.htm

I've got to say that he was really poor for us in those 8 games but how can you play if you don't get any support from your coach? I think that Dorsin is a very good player and we were fools to not keep him at the club. Oh well, we've signed one promising LB by the name of Alvaro Perreira so it isn't a very big loss for us, Rosenborg needs him more I guess.
