Which style of football does Petrzela like? Do Zenit play 4-4-2? |

Team Zenit attack plays brightly attacking football.
Yes Zenit plays 4-4-2 more often, but the scheme 3-5-2 is sometimes applied. |

Very interesting. Zenit St. Petersburg a good Russian club, but not rise the Russian League. Moscow's teams are the favourite generally. The odds 50-50

This beginning of a season temperature-10 a field was in an awful condition.
The field even in the beginning of a season much in the best condition is usual |

Which club is the most eastern in Russian Premier Liga? Rubin Kazan with ex Rosenborg player Sibaya is quite far to the east, or what?
Many Norwegian football supporters think the travelling distances to away matches is too long, but compared to the ones in Russia they are really short. |

The shortest way for St.-Petersburg to Moscow of 650 kilometers.
The longest of 4000 kilometers Ural and about 9000 kilometers Vladivastok (Near to Japan) teams has left in the supreme league since 2006. |

Hi guys!
What about charter for Rosenborg fans to Krasnodar? Is it realistic? I suggest, if not, not many of you will make a trip to this Southern Russian city. How it looked like, when you played UEFA matches in other countries?
Kind regards |

I don't think the supporters vil charter own planes for the match. But some of the most hardcore supporters will travel with the clubs chartered plane.
2mas will, I suppose. |

Yep, Rosenborg usually sell around 80 seats to their chartered plane to sponsors and supporters. If the price isn't too bad, I will consider travelling to Krasnodar.
Because of the good collaboration with the club, the supporters' club, Kjernen, usually don't charter their own plane(s), but last year we chartered a plane to the Arsenal match in London.
By the way:
How is the economy of Zenit? It seems like there is quite much money in Russian football nowadays.
Rosenborg have by the way a yearly budget of 15 million euros. We never budget with revenue from the Champions League. |

Budget Zenit in a season 2005 has made about 21 million euro.
In a season 2006 Budget is not known yet, can make approximately 25 million euro or more. |

Budget figures of Russian clubs are quite vague. Title sponsor of Zenit is Gazprom - Russian monopolist for gas and partly oil production. But however Zenit is far not the richest club in Russia. I guess around $ 20Mln. Close to yours.
I was very supprised to know, that fans are allowed to travel with club. What is your estimate for trip to Krasnodare in Feb?
Regards |

Rosenborg are a very open club, where we supporters (and club members) can discuss everything with the club management. Our club house "Brakka" (= the Hut/barracks) is open all day long, and everyone can visit the players, coaches and club officials when they are present.
Most Scandinavian clubs are like this, but Rosenborg are known as a role model on this area.
The thing with travelling with the club's charter plane is only done combined with European cup matches, when it offen is hard to travel on your own (e.g. to Krasnodar). In domestic league matches, we have to book our own buses etc. |

Here it is possible to compare cost of players of teams Zenit and Rosenborg
http://www.transfermarkt....rb_id=UEFA (use search on a site)
Rosenborg market cost of players 19.675.000
Zenit market cost of players 47.150.000
Certainly all it is conditional enough, but figures differ almost in 2.5 times.

€20m is maybe too high for the RBK squad. We don't have that many players who gain attention from big European clubs, and the average transfer fee between Norwegian clubs is €250k or less.

RBK charged €1000 for the trip to Madrid in October, so then I travelled with KLM instead. Since Krasnodar is a far less attractive destination, I hope they just charge €500 this time. |

1 000 Euro for trip to Madrid! Not too much?
Our last trip was to Istanbul for a match with Beshiktash on 01.12. We paid $440 incl. flight, 2 nights at hotel, all transfers. Now we are waiting for info on charter to Trondheim. |

As written, I thought it was too much, and chose KLM instead. |

Gazprom and so was general sponsor Zenit. But now Gazprom the owner of club.
We think, that there should be big injections of money resources in team Zenit. As Gazprom an individual monopolist of gas in Russia as they own some oil companies.
We hope for that that by means of Gazprom the Zenith can become very strong team competing in League of Champions. Certainly, it will occur not at once. |
