If it was a scout on the match, I think he got impressed. Because Daniel played a very good match. It should have been a goal in the "duppeskudd". |

Eguren is going to be loaned out!
Sebastián Eguren has not been able to get into Rosenborg's starting eleven. The Uruguayan midfielder will get the chance to try his luck in a diffent club.

I think this is wrong of Rosenborg, who I think have laid some pressure on Seb. A few weeks ago the player told that he wanted to give this some time, trying to get into the first team. I personally think Eguren during the ever-lasting Norwegian pre-season from January to April might have been able to get his place in the team.
But now he is leaving, and even though this is temporary, the history says that just one of five players loaned out from Rosenborg ever manage to get back into the first team. I therefore fear the league match against Tromsø two weeks ago was the last we ever saw from Eguren in Rosenborg. |

Last tuesday the transfer market opened and Hirschfeld was the first player to be bought. Now the hunt for players continues at Rosenborg.

The match was not broadcasted on Norwegian TV(!), but as I know Hirschfeld played pretty good.
Fredrik Winsnes is by the way set to leave Rosenborg. Aalborg (Denmark), Tromsø and Norrköping (Sweden) are among the clubs interested in the experienced midfielder.
"One thing is certain. I am not going to Tromsø," Winsnes says.

After a long break, I'm back on the forum. First off all, we have bought a new goalie, wich in my eyes will give Espen the competitive aspects he needs to get back to where he was couple of years ago. Maybe he played under his recent ratings cause of the lack of competition. So I welcome Lars to the club, may he show that his form in tromsø isn't just a flash.
Well well; This is a transfers, rumours topic, so maybe I should stick to that.
As Bratseth told, they are looking to improve the midfield aswell as the attack. I belive it isn't necessary to buy any new forwards or strikers. In my eyes, we have the best attack in Norway, and perhaps in scandinavia. But, Perry, Høgmo have failed in the line-ups. Helstad; The best striker in Norway, haven't played from start to many times on behalf of Frode Johnsen who have failed again and again. Daniel Braathen, Ødegaard and Storflor on the wings. Don't tell me any forward/striken who can be realistic for RBK can come in and challenge them. Only weakness; Frode Johnsen who should have been sold.
Our midfield isn't the strongest. With Per sidelined a few months, aswell as Ørjan Berg and Roar Strands injuries, we are in great need of a minimum 2 players who can strenghten our team. Who that can be, I don't know, but sending seb away now is a totally lack of leadership from Bratseth and his lads. _________________ -RBK |

Fredrik Winsnes is supposedly in agreement with Aalborg about his personal demands, and already he has started looking for a place to live in Denmark.

"Fredrik Winsnes is a very competent and routined player, who can add a lot to our squad. I am happy indeed that we have managed to attract a player of Winsnes' caliber," AaB Sports Director Lynge Jacobsen says.

RBK came to an agreement with Tromsø IL on Friday regarding Karim Essediri. Rosenborg therefore decided to sell Alexander Ødegaard to Viking.

We might sell him to get a better striker.
I hope we can get Karadas from Benfica. He used to play for us, but he left because of little playtime. Now he has gotten even better and would improve our team very much.

It's not impossible, I believe Karadas is in loan on Portsmouth and he don't play very much. _________________ French fan of Mikael Dorsin !

Yep, he's on loan to Portsmouth, but even though he isn't a regular for them, I can't see that the loan deal will be terminated half-way into the season. Therefore I don't think Rosenborg will be able to get him before July. |

Ok, I have another question who concern Daniel Braaten, he was impressive during matches of Champions League, I would like to know if clubs approach him or if it's sure that he stay in Rosenborg. _________________ French fan of Mikael Dorsin !

Clubs like Arsenal and Chelsea have revealed their interest in him. I don't think he will stay longer than a year. Perhaps he will leave after we have won the UEFA-cup already? |

They will compete for the role of first keeper. I think Johnsen will be our number one. |
